Created a digital program, 1-on-1 coaching, seasonal career trainings, copywriting, marketing, bookkeeping, built my website, consistent content creation and curation, photography, custom pet illustrations 

In 2016 I moved to Portland and began freelancing. But once my contracts ended, finding freelance work proved incredibly challenging. During this time I had countless conversations with colleagues who were experiencing their own career struggles. I recognized the potential to contribute to the industry by providing mentorship to designers and used this transition to found Grace Kim Portland in 2019.
